Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork

Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Pre-Made Artwork

If you purchase a pre-made artwork, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.
